Donations to the Center

 Yes, the Center is constantly seeking volunteers and additional funds. Please feel free to donate your time or your money.

To Volunteer: Come down to the Center and make an inquiry; Ask for Executive Director Dave Schumaker or Program Coordinator Mike Van Gorder.

For Board of Directors Inquiries Ask for Board President Teri Jorgensen or ask the front office for an application for membership.

To Donate Equipment and Supplies to Our Equipment Loan Service: Contact Program Coordinator Mike Van Gorder at the BHCIL.

To Donate Money: Yes, the Center is always seeking monetary donations. Your donations fund our Prime Time Pass Program, Ramp Project, Transportation Costs of our Dialysis Patient Consumers, and other programs of the CIL, as well as, general operating costs. You can specify for which program your donation is for. 

The Center is a 501(c)(3) Non-profit organization. with a Tax-ID# of: 42-1452251.

Make donations / checks payable to BHCIL.

Donations are tax-deductible and the CIL will provide a receipt for your records.
